Absolute Sandman absolutely rocks
Aug 3rd, 2009 by Bryan
I am working on the syllabus for my Freshman Seminar course on Neil Gaiman, and have the 4 volumes of Absolute Sandman in front of me. Man, this thing is beautiful. The pages are larger format than the regular printing, and the color, binding, and paper are top quality. Highly recommended!
By the way, students in this course will use blogging and other forms of social media this fall, so watch out for that. And let me know if you have suggestions.

Hey Bryan,
This may be more a phone-call thing than a talk-it-out-through-comments thing, but I’m having my students blog and do a wiki this fall. I’ve made small attempts at student blogging in the past, but this is the first time that blogging is mandatory and a significant part of their grade.
Want to check in about rubrics, tutorials, and such? I’ll be blogging sporadically on the topic, also.
(And: I’m going to have to read Gaiman to understand anything you’re doing anymore, aren’t I?)
